MOST REQUESTED KEYNOTES

45-min. Keynote

We live in the most connected era in human history.

Yet many of us feel fragmented, shallow, and perpetually behind. Notifications shape our attention. Speed defines our worth. Noise crowds out meaning. And without realizing it, we’ve learned how to stay busy without becoming grounded.

This keynote explores what it means to grow deep again in a world that rewards surface-level living. Through story, cultural observation, and ancient wisdom, Depth in an Age of Distraction invites listeners to slow down, recover their inner life, and cultivate the kind of depth that sustains clarity, joy, and resilience over time.

Depth in an Age of Distraction

Why the Small Moments Shape Us Most
45-min. Keynote

We spend so much of our lives chasing what’s next:

The next season.
The next milestone.
The next breakthrough.

While often believing that meaning lives somewhere just ahead of us.

And yet, many of the moments that quietly shape us most don’t announce themselves at all.

They happen in repetition.
In routine.
In conversations we almost rush past.
In days that feel forgettable while we’re living them.

This keynote is an invitation to recover the lost art of noticing—to slow down enough to recognize the weight and beauty of ordinary life, and to rediscover meaning not by adding more, but by paying deeper attention to what’s already here.

The Sacredness of the Ordinary

Lanie Beth invites audiences to slow down and recover the lost art of attention, helping them recognize how ordinary rhythms, small choices, and daily practices quietly shape a meaningful life. With warmth and clarity, she guides listeners toward a deeper way of living—one rooted not in constant striving, but in presence, intentionality, and faithfulness over time.

“A meaningful life isn’t built in big moments. It’s formed in the small ones we learn to notice and stay with.”

Teacher. Speaker. Writer.

Integrate faith with work in ways that meaningfully shape culture, purpose, and performance.

Lanie Beth lives in Atlanta with her 6’8” husband, Brad, and their two daughters, who are patiently teaching her how to navigate Sephora with confidence. A creative by calling and a theologian by training, Lanie Beth brings theological depth and creative insight into business and leadership spaces.

Before stepping into full-time speaking, she worked as a creative consultant with Fortune 500 companies and styled grammy award winning artists for award shows, music videos, and album covers. What might seem like two unrelated worlds have become the very places God has woven together her voice. Today, Lanie Beth brings a rare blend of strategic insight, theological depth, and creative imagination to boardrooms, conferences, and churches across the country.

Whether she’s speaking to executives or congregations, Lanie Beth helps audiences discover with clarity and conviction that faith is not an add-on to their work, leadership, or calling, but the lens through which everything makes sense. Her teaching is thoughtful, accessible, and hilariously disarming, offering both challenge and hope without pretense.

The Lanie Beth Sinclair podcast features a collection of her live teachings reaching listeners around the country with more than 12k+ downloads. She holds a master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and joyfully serves at her home church, Passion City Church. On weekends, you can find her hosting dinner parties, attempting (unsuccessfully) to enjoy running, and marveling at how quickly her daughters are outgrowing her in every way that matters.
